Shipping & Returns

Shipping policy 

All orders are packed and shipped within 48 hours of placement. 
Sale periods and public holidays may delay processing times. 
Please note, there can be no changes to an order once it has been placed. For returns, please see the policy below. 

AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING:
We ship via Australia Post and offer both standard and express shipping. 

Domestic shipping costs and timeframes: Standard $9.95 - 3-6 business days after dispatch

Express $14.95 - 1-4 business days after dispatch 

Free standard domestic shipping for orders over $75.00. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: 
We now offer standard international shipping to most countries. If your country is not listed, please contact us via our contact page. 
International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.

Shipping cost estimates based on region:
New Zealand: $15.00-$20.00 
UK & Europe: $30.00-$40.00 
US & Canada: $24.00-$36.00 
Asia: $20.00-$30.00 

Please note, these shipping times are just an estimate and may be subject to change depending on Australia Post service. TBB cannot be held accountable for shipping delays or lost parcels. Please contact Australia Post for any issues post-dispatch. 

Once your order has been packed and leaves our warehouse, a confirmation email including tracking details will be sent to the email address entered when the order was placed. 

All prices are listed in AUD. 

Returns Policy 

We accept returns and refunds within Australia for change of mind on eligible items within 30 days of you receiving your order. 
The returned items must be: 

  • In new and unused condition with all original labels/tags attached. 
  • Unaltered, unwashed and free from any markings, makeup, tan or odour. 
  • For hygiene reasons, hair accessories are not eligible for returns so please choose carefully when purchasing any of our headbands or clips.
  • Slippers must be tried on indoors on a clean surface and be free from any markings. 

If you believe your item is damaged or faulty please contact us at hello@thebridalboutiqueau.com.au and include a photo, order number and description of the faulty item. 

Unfortunately we do not accept returns for international orders or for sale items unless faulty. 

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer will be required to cover the return shipping fee for any change of mind returns. 

We do not offer exchanges so the best way to change your item for a different size/style is to submit a returns request and then purchase your desired item.
